DigiPlus’s corporate website also lists ArenaPlus and GameZone. Consequently, a BingoPlus-versus-GameZone comparison is a comparison between related products, not between unrelated corporate groups. Casino Plus’s own terms identify a different operator, discussed below. Similar naming is not evidence of shared ownership.

What do PAGCOR’s current records say?

The PAGCOR GSA, brand and domain list dated September 17, 2026 lists AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), BingoPlus and the main domain bingoplus.ph in its first entry, alongside Traditional Bingo Games. The same document lists Gamezone under Total Gamezone Xtreme, Inc., and PT GAMING under Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. Those are specific recorded relationships; the BingoPlus entry alone should not be stretched into proof covering every game or legal entity.

Casino Plus appears in a separate PAGCOR registered-brand list for licensed casinos, also dated September 17, 2026. Its entry names Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and Frontier Capital Group Limited, and lists casinoplus.com.ph. This is why searching only one regulator list can produce an incomplete comparison.

The meaningful distinction is the format: number draws, colour-based outcomes and a livestreamed ball-drop presentation are different products. The descriptions here explain that distinction without providing betting instructions or repeating advertised payout figures.

Bingo Mega: the livestreamed bingo identity

DigiPlus identifies Bingo Mega as its flagship livestreamed bingo experience in the anniversary source above. Bingo uses drawn numbers and card patterns, which makes its presentation different from a reel-based slot. The important local context is cultural familiarity. Recognising a format from a fiesta is different from understanding its digital implementation or financial risk. Nor are colour-based games exclusive to BingoPlus: Casino Plus’s public catalogue also includes Color Game and Pula Puti. Familiar branding cannot establish identical rules across products.

Pinoy Drop Ball: a locally themed live presentation

In an October 2, 2024 announcement, DigiPlus says Pinoy Drop Ball launched on September 29 of that year. It describes a livestreamed product based on a perya ball-drop concept, including an additional game segment. The live production is part of its identity. It does not, by itself, prove favourable odds or eliminate disputes. We omit the release’s promotional multipliers because an old announcement is a poor basis for a current financial expectation.

New branded titles do not prove exclusive availability

A January 20, 2026 DigiPlus announcement describes a Manny Pacquiao collaboration, naming titles including Pacman’s Bingo Boom and Pacman’s Color Game, with releases across BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone. It is evidence of a cross-brand collaboration, not evidence that all listed titles are currently available to every BingoPlus account.

The public information on PlayTime’s website describes PlayTime Entertainment and distinguishes it from PT Gaming. This aligns with the PT GAMING name in the current regulator list. An older article using “PlayTime casino” without explaining the change may refer to a different version of the brand or website.

We could not verify a complete current catalogue and account-specific terms on equal footing with the other examples. Accordingly, this article records the identity change but does not award PT Gaming a product or service ranking. Incomplete public evidence is a limitation of this review, not proof of misconduct.

BingoPlus advantages and disadvantages: what can be supported?

Its clearest strengths are recognisable local positioning and traceable corporate documentation. The combination of bingo and perya gives the brand a more specific identity than a generic list of casino games. Multiple sources allow readers to distinguish its group, brand and recorded administrator. These are information and positioning strengths, not financial benefits.

DigiPlus’s 2026 anniversary account also describes more than 130 physical sites, with traditional bingo and support touchpoints. That is a stated difference from a purely online service. Its principal limitations in this review concern evidence and product complexity. The breadth of the catalogue makes a single “BingoPlus odds” or “BingoPlus fairness” score misleading. The BSP’s Memorandum M-2025-029, dated August 14, 2025, directed covered institutions to remove in-app gambling access links from mobile payment apps and websites within 48 hours. Its subject is those access links; it should not be paraphrased as a universal ban on every payment transaction.

Equally, the existence of an old wallet tutorial does not verify present availability on an operator’s platform.
