Fishing Games: Shooting Formats, JILI Examples and Risks
Understand shooting-fishing games through JILI Mega Fishing, All-Star Fishing and Bombing Fish, including targets, special features and unresolved cost rules.

Fishing games in this category are arcade-style shooting games with moving underwater targets. They are different from recreational angling simulators and from slot games that happen to show fish. Their defining interaction is aiming and firing at targets, with the specific product’s rules governing costs, captures and rewards.
The three JILI examples below illustrate different shooting features. They are selected for documented differences, not ranked by popularity or expected returns. This is information for adults aged 21 and over; it does not identify an authorized operator or confirm that a product is currently available in the Philippines.
Targets, shots and special encounters
A shooting-fishing screen can show ordinary targets, special creatures and weapon effects at the same time. Those visual layers need to be separated when reading the rules. A shot is an action, a capture is an outcome and a bonus encounter is a feature with its own conditions. They should not be treated as equivalent events.
JILI’s product pages document weapons and encounters, but do not provide a complete cost schedule or capture-probability model. A large target, a bright impact or repeated hits cannot establish the cost of the next action or guarantee a capture. The relevant help file must explain how those events relate to the account balance.
Three documented JILI examples
Mega Fishing
Mega Fishing, product 74, presents torpedoes, a railgun and a Special Octopus Wheel. It illustrates a shooting game with distinct weapon and encounter features. The public description does not establish the cost of each weapon or the conditions for every special event.
All-Star Fishing
All-Star Fishing, product 119, lists boss encounters and a Bonus Wheel, alongside hook, claw and weapon features. JILI also describes a slot-style mini-game within a boss feature. That feature does not turn the overall shooting-fishing product into a conventional reel slot.
Bombing Fish
Bombing Fish, product 20, describes two bullet types aimed at different fish layers, plus bombs and locking torpedoes. The layer distinction is more useful for identifying this product than a general underwater theme. Its marketing page is not a complete explanation of capture or jackpot settlement.

What a useful fishing-game rules page should explain
Unit of cost: whether an action is charged per shot or under another stated mechanism, and how weapon changes affect that cost.
Target resolution: what counts as a capture and how unsuccessful actions are recorded.
Feature accounting: whether a wheel, boss or special weapon has separate eligibility or charges.
Displayed values: whether a number is a credit amount, a multiplier, a possible award or an actual settled result.
Interrupted play: what happens to actions already accepted when the screen disconnects.
These are questions for the current version, not claims that every fishing game uses each mechanism. A shared provider name does not supply the missing answers.
Why aiming is not a profit guarantee
Target selection creates an active interface, but that alone does not establish a profitable skill advantage. The reviewed descriptions do not provide enough data to calculate expected returns from aiming, repeated taps or weapon choice. Claims that a target is due to pay after many shots should not be accepted without evidence.
Rapid actions can also obscure accumulated spending. Chasing a target because of money already spent does not prove that another action will recover it. Set a stopping point outside the game; PAGCOR provides responsible-gaming and exclusion information.
Fishing-game questions
Is every fish-themed casino game a fishing game?
No. A reel game with fish symbols still uses a slot format. This category concerns shooting targets, not artwork alone.
Does target locking guarantee a capture?
The reviewed sources do not establish that guarantee. A targeting function and the rule that decides an award are different pieces of information.
Can one RTP figure describe this whole category?
No category-wide figure is established by these sources. Any numerical comparison would need the exact game version, rules and relevant calculation basis.
